3 x Needles( 6inch angle cut needel 6inch 12 hole needle 3inch steak needle) This is a heavy duty injector I cook and smoke a lot This is a must have for anyone who smokes meat It holds up well and aids with injecting liquids and herbs into anything from Prime Rib to a pork butt One needle is specifically for liquids and the other can inject herbs and minced garlic
Meat injector should last for a few generations it is made so good Being made out of stainless steel it is easy to clean I was pleasantly surprised on how well the piece was It indeed is heavy It is a MUST HAVE for anyone smoking or grilling
Good quality injector to inject marinades and some thicker marinades This allowed me to inject BBQ sauce into a pork loin without issue It is easy to use and does a nice job drawing the marinade into the injector Also be sure to clean out the injector once you receive it to prevent any foreign objects entering the food during the manufacturing process
It is of good quality sturdy material However it does not work well with thicker marinades If you have marinades that dont have bits and pieces in it of spices and it should work fine but I had a really hard time since the bigger spices kept getting stuck in the injection needle If you are looking for something to work for with bits of pieces of onions and garlic in your sauce this is not for you If you are looking just to inject liquid marinade this should work for you
WARM NOTES 1The rubber gasket became stickyafter going in the dishwasher rubbing it with cooking oil temporarily worked 2The threads are thin and after unscrewing it and putting it back together once the threads are already shedding If youre not careful you may not get many uses out of this3 PLEASE CLEAN IT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING IT
